SMART 64H/200K are innovative system for the advanced control of production for small and large
diameter circular machines .The system automatically “auto learn” the sequence of yarn used by the textile machine, highlighting anyerrors found during production (broken or missing yarn, uncut or not correctly used yarn, yarn tradingor yarn drawing errors).Our yarn1control system are capable of element up to 80% of waste or secondgrad item that normally occur during production. In addition to this they drastically reduce the incidencestimes, allowing a quick pay back of your investment.SMART 64H/200K combined with the IS3W/HS or IS3N/HS series of yarn control sensors (Smart ScanningSensors) and anti-tears device from a truly complete machine control system. IS3W/HS and IS3/HS areelectronic sensors that are capable of detecting the image variation of the moving yarn under control,and thus indicating with absolute certainty it’s actual condition in relation to its movement or stoppage.The main programmable function are the control tolerance, the sensitivity and the response time ofthe sensors. AST is a panted electronic device that can offer significant production advantages. Withoutstopping the textile machine, it is able to compensate for most of the tears or extra-tensioning of theyarn, thus avoiding both manufacturing defects and unnecessary stop of the textile machine. Moreover,thanks to innovative sensor management system and the and use of multiconnector cables (SmartScanning Sensors) SMART 64H/200k dose not require complex cabling and lengthy installation times andallow for up to 64/200 yarn sensors to be controlled.
